We are looking for a full time Maintenance Technician. We are looking for someone with previous hands-on experience in repairs and installations. Someone that has the ability to multitask and has an outgoing and polite personality, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the safety,comfort,and presentation of our property to the highest standards. This position reports to the Maintenance Manager.

Working Pattern:5 working days a week with 2 days off,with both early and late shifts.

Key Responsibilities of a Maintenance Technician:

Perform a wide range of maintenance tasks including repairs to fixtures,fittings,and equipment.

Respond efficiently to maintenance requests.
-
Maintain and care for tools,materials,and supplies required for maintenance duties.
-
Carry out minor electrical,plumbing,carpentry,and painting work as needed.
-
Support with scheduled and reactive maintenance across guest rooms and public areas.
-
Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and internal standards.
-
Communicate effectively with all departments to minimise disruption to guests.
-
Maintain accurate records of completed work and report any ongoing issues.
What are we looking for?
- Previous hands-on experience in general maintenance,preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.

A broad skillset across basic trades such as plumbing,electrics,painting,and carpentry.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Strong organisational and time management abilities,with the ability to multitask.

A working knowledge of health and safety,COSHH,and manual handling standards.

Flexibility to work varied shifts,including weekends and bank holidays.
