Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in selecting auto parts that meet their needs.
- Tyre fitting
- Provide accurate product information and answer customer inquiries.
- Maintain organized records of sales transactions.
- Support inventory management and stock organization.
- Ensure excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the sales area.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Previous experience in sales or automotive industry is preferred but not required.
- Good phone etiquette and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
