Missions and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in order to provide a high-quality customer service
- Provide a thorough product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Coach, train and support teammates
- Ensure the store is neat, clean and well-stocked
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Responsible for opening and closing the store when Store Manager is absent
- Assist the ASM and SM in maintaining holiday, attendance and team scheduling
Proven retail experience
- Previous supervisory experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- A positive attitude and a passion for helping customers
