Duties
- Lead and supervise all restaurant operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning and high-quality service delivery
- Manage staff schedules, recruit new team members, and provide ongoing training to foster a motivated and skilled team
- Oversee food production and preparation processes to maintain consistency, quality, and safety standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation practices across all kitchen and serving areas
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to maximize profitability
- Cultivate a welcoming atmosphere by engaging with guests, addressing feedback promptly, and resolving issues efficiently
- Coordinate with culinary staff to develop menus, special promotions, and ensure culinary excellence in every dish served
Requirements
- Proven management experience within the restaurant or hospitality industry, with at least 2yrs AGM experience
- Strong background in food knowledge, steak / grill knowledge, able to run a busy expo, and serving practices
- Extensive restaurant experience including kitchen operations and front-of-house management
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food handling and sanitation
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with staff and guests alike
- Strong bar and cocktail and wine knowledge

Pay: £40,000.00-£46,000.00 per year
