Salary details: Grade 6, £26,403 - £27,255 (pay award pending)
Contract Type: Temporary fixed term until 31st March 2027 (unless further funding is acquired)
Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support to the Employment Managers and wider Advance Employment Hub deliver team, and to the wider Work and Skills team. Support including technical data input/review, research, general administration, audits, quality control, purchase and procurement tasks to support the team to provide a good quality, customer-focused service.
The ideal candidate will have experience of providing administrative support in a busy office, be well-organised, flexible and have excellent knowledge for data analysis. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate and maintain effective communication and mutually supportive relationships with all participants, delivery partners, procured providers and funders.
This new post presents an exciting opportunity to support the Council’s employment support programme Advance Employment Hub. The Advance Employment Hub is an employment service which aims to engage unemployed and economically inactive people aged 18 plus, providing person centred employer linked support, inspirational careers advice and guidance, which will enable a positive transition into sustained employment, resulting in social and economic mobility for local people.
