Earnings & Benefits
- Base Salary: £13.00 - £15.30 per hour (Equivalent to our £25,500 - £30,000 full-time basic). This rate depends on your experience.

The RoleThis is a lead-generation and appointment-setting role, not a hard-close sales position. Your job is to create interest, build trust, and book quality appointments.
- Canvass residential areas in your local patch (Bridgend, Cardiff, Swansea, Llanelli, or Neath Port Talbot).
- Introduce our “Bill Swap” solar offering (no upfront cost, monthly payment model).
- Book qualified appointments for our dedicated technical surveyors.
- Position a highly desirable solution driven by rising energy costs, battery storage, and smart tariffs.

Requirements
