Responsibilities
- Greet passengers warmly and assist them with boarding and alighting from buses, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Monitor passenger behavior to ensure safety and comfort, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Support passengers with special needs or mobility challenges by offering appropriate assistance and liaising with staff when necessary
- Manage time effectively to ensure punctual assistance during busy travel periods while adhering to operational schedules.
- Candidate will have to have an enhanced DBS check, in which they will pay the cost of £61.50 up front if successful at interview.
Experience
- Previous experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated analysis skills to evaluate passenger needs and operational processes effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact clearly and courteously with diverse passenger groups.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations while maintaining a positive attitude.
