OLS Ltd is an award-winning security integrator delivering innovative access control, CCTV, visitor management and cloud-based security solutions across the UK and internationally. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an organised and proactive Office Administrator to become a central part of our operations team in Doncaster.
This is a varied role that combines administration, customer service, scheduling and office coordination. You'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations while supporting customers, engineers, suppliers and colleagues across the business.
The Role
As our Office Administrator, you'll act as a central point of contact within the business, helping to keep everything organised, efficient and running smoothly. No two days are the same, and you'll be involved in a wide range of administrative and operational activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing front-of-house and general office administration duties
- Handling customer enquiries and supporting client communications
- Scheduling engineers and coordinating labour allocation
- Arranging meetings, managing calendars and coordinating travel arrangements
- Maintaining documentation, records and operational systems
- Monitoring office supplies and stock control
- Supporting delivery and scheduling of engineering activities
- Assisting with KPI reporting and internal communications
- Supporting recruitment activities and employee inductions
- Assisting with health and safety administration and office maintenance
- Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal departments to ensure excellent service delivery
What We're Looking For
Essential
- 1-2 years' experience in an office administration or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Competent in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Professional and customer-focused approach
- High attention to detail and strong administrative skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable
- Experience using CRM, ERP or MRP systems
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Basic finance administration experience, including invoicing
- Knowledge of office health and safety requirements
- Experience within a technology, engineering or security systems environment
