About the Role
As our Marketing Manager – Bladder Health, you’ll take full ownership of the marketing strategy for Vyne’s bladder health offering. This is a senior, hands‑on role where you’ll shape the vision, lead execution, and manage a growing team of marketing and communications executives.
You’ll drive patient acquisition, build provider‑focused campaigns, strengthen our brand, and deliver high‑quality content across all channels. You’ll also partner closely with commercial, product, and clinical teams to support growth, refine propositions, and ensure Vyne is recognised as a leading digital health partner in bladder health.
This role offers significant scope to influence strategy, build capability, and accelerate Vyne’s growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and evolve the marketing strategy for bladder health, aligned to commercial growth
- Translate strategy into campaigns, execution plans, and measurable outcomes
- Lead and develop a high‑performing team of marketing and communications executives
- Coordinate agencies and freelancers to ensure delivery excellence
- Define KPIs and reporting frameworks to optimise performance
Growth & Demand Generation
- Lead patient acquisition across paid media, SEO, partnerships, and content
- Plan and optimise multi‑channel campaigns to drive awareness, conversion, and retention
- Improve conversion funnels across the patient journey
- Use data‑led experimentation (A/B testing, segmentation, lifecycle strategies) to drive performance
Healthcare & B2B Marketing
- Develop targeted marketing initiatives for providers, commissioners, and enterprise partners
- Partner with commercial teams to refine propositions and support pipeline growth
- Create compelling sales enablement materials, case studies, and outcome‑driven content
- Contribute to account‑based marketing and strategic partnership campaigns
Brand & Content
- Build a trusted, empathetic, authoritative brand in bladder health
- Oversee content strategy across patient education, engagement, and thought leadership
- Ensure messaging is compliant, clinically credible, and sensitive to stigma
- Guide the team in producing high‑quality, consistent content
Product & Lifecycle Marketing
- Own product positioning and differentiation across Vyne’s bladder health portfolio
- Lead go‑to‑market strategy for new products and services
- Work closely with product and clinical teams to shape development through insight
- Manage full product lifecycle from launch to maturity
- Deliver lifecycle strategies to improve onboarding, engagement, retention, and long‑term value
- Ensure consistent messaging across all products
Data, Insights & Performance
- Establish reporting dashboards across all marketing activity
- Analyse performance and translate insights into improvements
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Drive a culture of data‑led decision making
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- Strong experience in marketing within digital health, healthcare, or digital product environments
- Proven ability to deliver marketing plans that drive measurable growth
- Hands‑on experience across digital acquisition channels
- Experience managing or mentoring junior team members
- Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration
Desirable
- Experience in digital health, chronic condition management, medical devices, or regulated environments
- Experience across both B2C (patient) and B2B (provider/partner) audiences
- Knowledge of NHS/UK healthcare systems
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and lifecycle marketing
