Salary: Basic up to £35,000 | OTE up to £39,800 (depending on experience)
Due to an internal promotion, Vertu Land Rover Exeter is looking for a talented Service Advisor to join our successful and established team. About the Role
As a Service Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer journey. Acting as the link between our customers and workshop, you’ll ensure every interaction reflects the high standards expected from a luxury brand.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing customer relationships from initial booking through to vehicle handover
- Setting clear expectations and providing regular updates on progress
- Liaising with the workshop to ensure efficient service delivery
- Identifying opportunities to upsell additional products and services
- Ensuring every customer leaves with a first-class experience
About You
We’re looking for a confident, customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll bring:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (essential)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
Experience as a Service Advisor is beneficial but not essential—we will provide full training for the right candidate.
