As a Beautician, you will be responsible for enhancing the appearance of clients through various beauty services, ensuring they leave feeling confident and satisfied.
Duties
- Perform a range of beauty treatments in the salon alongside the team.
- Work as part of the team.
- Consult with clients to understand their beauty needs and preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing their concerns.
- Communicate effectively with clients in English to ensure a clear understanding of the services provided.
- Assist in promoting beauty products and services offered at the salon.
Qualifications
- Minimum of NVQ Level 2/3 or Equivalent Needed.
- Minimum 1/2 years of industry Experience Needed.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- A passion for customer service and a dedication to client satisfaction.
- Strong skills in beauty treatments such as Threading, Waxing, Facials, Massages, Microdermabrasion, Manicure, Pedicure, Eyebrow and Lash treatments.
