We are looking for an enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our friendly team at The Wheatsheaf, an independent village pub in the heart of East Northamptonshire.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hospitality, takes pride in delivering great customer service, and is confident working in a restaurant environment
About the Role
As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will play an important role in ensuring our guests receive a warm welcome and exceptional service. You'll work closely with the management team to help maintain high standards throughout the pub and support the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing excellent table service
- Serving food and drinks confidently and efficiently
- Supporting the management team during busy service periods
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Ensuring guests enjoy a friendly and professional experience
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous front-of-house experience within a pub, bar, or restaurant
- Be confident serving tables
- Be reliable, organised, and able to work independently
- Have a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
- Enjoy working as part of a close-knit team
Hours
This is a part-time position offering shifts 1pm till 5pm on Saturdays and Sundays
Flexibility is important, as hours may vary in line with business needs.
