The Role
As a valued member of our team, you will:
- Plan and deliver high‑quality learning experiences that meet the needs of all children
- Support children with a wide range of educational needs, ensuring every child feels included and empowered
- Work closely with management to drive continuous improvement and uphold high standards
- Build strong relationships with families, colleagues, and external professionals
- Contribute to a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment where children can flourish
- What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
- Up‑to‑date early years experience and strong knowledge of the EYFS
- Adaptable, reflective, and confident in a fast‑paced environment
- Full driving licence (essential for travel between sites or outreach support)
- Passionate about breaking down barriers and championing inclusive practice
- Excited about career progression and supporting current management and the wider team
- Willing and able to support children with diverse learning needs, including SEND
- A positive, proactive attitude and commitment to professional growth
