We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and responding to their needs promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored after use.
- Assist with food service as required, ensuring adherence to food safety regulations.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic maths skills for processing payments.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a harmonious working environment that enhances the guest experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not essential.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly disposition towards helping guests.
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
