Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable 360 Machine Operator to join our construction team. We are looking for an experienced 360 digger driver, ideally with tilt rotator and GPS experience, but training can be provided to an applicant who demonstrates a willingness to learn new skills. Mainly driving 14 - 18 tonne machines, across farm and industrial sites.
Pay according to experience - long term position for the right candidate.
Duties
- Operate all machinery safely and efficiently across multiple construction sites
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks on machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Assist with site clearance, excavation, loading, and material handling tasks
- Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a secure working environment
- Support other construction activities as required, including the operation of additional heavy equipment
Requirements
- Proven experience operating 360 excavators or similar heavy machinery
- Mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance
- Valid commercial driving licence
- Prior experience with excavators or similar plant machinery is essential
- Strong understanding of health and safety standards within construction environments
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and physically demanding situations
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
Pay: From £23.00 per hour
