Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Window & Door Order Processor to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing customer orders, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring accurate processing of all requests. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in various industry computer software programmes. This position offers an opportunity to work within a fast-paced environment where organisational skills and customer service excellence are essential.
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders efficiently using CRM software and other relevant systems
- Maintain accurate records of all orders in Microsoft Excel and other office applications
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to confirm order details and delivery schedules
- Update and manage order status within Business Pilot and other sales administration platforms
- Prepare documentation and reports using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook as required
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to enquiries via phone or email
- Organise and prioritise workload to meet deadlines effectively
- Assist with administrative tasks related to sales processes and order tracking
- Ensure all data entry is accurate, complete, and compliant with company standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in ordering aluminium windows & doors using industry software.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with CRM software, Business Pilot or similar systems is desirable
- Demonstrable computer literacy and IT skills including general computer literacy
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Customer service experience with a professional approach to client interactions
- Organised with an eye for detail to ensure accuracy in order processing
- Previous experience working within the fenestration industry essential.

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
