We’re looking for a kind, creative, and open-minded Care Assistant to support a young woman living in Warwick in her own home and local community.
This is a highly personal role supporting a young woman with Autism and epilepsy, so finding the right personality fit is just as important as experience.
You’ll be providing 1:1 support that promotes independence, confidence, and wellbeing. Support will be tailored to her needs and routines, with a strong focus on companionship, understanding, and shared interests.
She’s creative, thoughtful, and has a great sense of individuality. Her interests include:
Creative arts and drawing
Alternative and gothic-inspired interests
Film and entertainment, including thrillers and fantasy
Superhero and pop-culture franchises
Graphic novels, animation, and illustrated storytelling
Someone who genuinely enjoys (or is curious about!) these interests would be a fantastic match.
A caring, patient, and reliable individual
Someone who can relate well to a young adult and offer peer-style support
Comfortable supporting someone with Autism and epilepsy (experience is helpful but not essential full training provided)
Open-minded, non-judgemental, and respectful of individuality
Based locally or able to travel to Warwick
Full training and ongoing support
A consistent client and meaningful 1:1 care
Competitive pay
The chance to make a real difference in someone’s everyday life
If you’re looking for a role where connection, creativity, and compassion really matter, we’d love to hear from you.
