About the Role
Agial Almostakbal UK is hiring a skilled Building Maintenance Technician to help keep facilities safe, functional, and well maintained. The successful candidate will perform preventive and corrective maintenance across building systems and respond efficiently to maintenance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Diagnose and resolve basic building maintenance issues.
- Maintain electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general facility systems.
- Respond to maintenance requests promptly.
- Coordinate with contractors when specialist repairs are required.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records.
- Follow health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous building maintenance or facilities experience preferred.
- Practical knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
