Duties
- Supervise and coordinate electrical installation activities on construction sites or industrial projects, ensuring timely completion
- Manage electrical teams by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance to optimize productivity
- Review project plans and schedules
- Ensure all electrical work adheres to safety regulations, building codes, and company standards
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality control, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions
Skills
- Proven management experience supervising electrical teams in construction or industrial environments
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, safety standards, and best practices
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 for scheduling and project planning purposes
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams effectively
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: £50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
