vServices Ltd is seeking a person with an experience of contract assignment for our IT services and solution projects. The chosen candidate shall be responsible for entire process from creating order forms to order entry in timely manner. He/She Shall have to work closely with other teams to ensure all revenue is booked accurately and timely.
Education – In finance, business administration or related field. Candidates with prior experience and/or Masters in Business Administration will be given preference.
Experience – At least two years of experience in professional procurement and contracting, which includes the drafting of complex contracts, including provisions, and solicitation documents.
Key Responsibilities
To draft requests, sign orders and queries
To acknowledge requests and respond to them in timely manner. He/She shall also be responsible to turnaround requests in Order Forms
To Review and interpret customer contracts and create order forms for the sales team
To update repository of open tasks with the current status and update opportunities with status
To Review paperwork and acknowledge Revenue Recognition and Operational approvals
To maintain Contracts Log for all requests and signed contracts and send all orders to Order Entry for staging
To assist other departments with queries and contribute to continuous process improvements
To complete all other duties assigned and all the above in line with company procedure, and performance standards.
