Job Role
This is an entirely new role to cope with increasing patient demand due expansion of the business, shortly opening a further stunning location in Liverpool One! You will be the first face of a luxury cosmetic dental brand, reassuring and informing patients on virtual consultations.
The role will involve completing virtual consultations with patients to discuss their treatment needs, the services we offer and to book them in for the most suitable consultation to start their smile transformation. Between virtual consultations the role also involves outreaching to new enquiries to assist new patients over the phone.
You can be in office and we are happy for 1-2 hybrid days per week once passed probation to ensure you can have a good work life balance!
Brand Overview
Vitruvian Dental Studio is a high end cosmetic dental brand with sites in Yorkshire and a new site opening in Liverpool in a few months. We offer everything needed to transform patients smiles under one roof, from same day smile makeovers with composite veneers to new teeth in a day with dental implants and specialist orthodontics.
Prioritising a 5* luxurious patient experience with high quality premises, private waiting rooms and gold standard clinical standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage virtual consultations with patients, providing detailed information about treatment options and our services.
- Assist with new patient enquiries over the phone and various communication channels between consultations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Previous dental experience is a bonus but not essential as full training will be provided
- Previous sales experience
- Professional, excellent customer service, organised and empathetic
Role Summary
5 days over 6 between our opening times of Monday-Friday 9-6 and Saturdays 9-2.
Base salary £28-30,000 dependent on experience with uncapped bonus potential and OTE >£40,000
