Now Hair & Beauty is a busy hair and beauty salon inside the Clyde Shopping Centre with an established client base across hair, nails, brows and beauty. We have a makeup space available for a self-employed artist who wants a regular base with real footfall.
The deal:
- Flat space rent of £140/month for your first two months, then £200/month (equivalent to £35/£50 a week)
- You keep 100% of what you earn - no commission
- Online bookings through the salon's booking page, plus walk-in trade from the centre
- Promotion on the salon's social media
The advertised hourly figure reflects typical full-face makeup prices (£30-£35 per service) - you set your own prices and keep everything you take; the flat rent is the only cost.
You'll need:
- A strong portfolio (bring your Instagram)
- Your own kit and public liability insurance
- Reliable, regular days - weekends especially, that's when makeup demand peaks here
