We’re looking for a dynamic Operations & Sales Manager to become the vital link between our clients and our busy workshop — ensuring every bespoke project runs smoothly from initial brief to final delivery.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing interiors manufacturer working on beautiful, high‑end projects across the South East.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll oversee the day‑to‑day operations across both the office and workshop, making sure every order is delivered with the quality, care and communication our clients expect.
- Act as the trusted first point of contact for clients
- Manage daily operations to support the creation of bespoke curtains, blinds and upholstery
- Input quotes, maintain project details and update our in‑house online system
- Follow up quotes and nurture client relationships
- Manage customer accounts, keeping clients informed at every stage
- Understand client needs and recommend the right products and solutions
- Plan production schedules and deliveries, working closely with our established workshop team
- Lead weekly production meetings
- Attend site visits, meet clients, discuss requirements and take measurements when needed, you will have use of Company car for site visits
- What You Bring
- Experience managing operations within a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Confident leadership abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
- Strong attention to detail
- Computer literate and comfortable responding to emails on behalf of the company
- A genuine interest in interiors (preferred)
- A decisive, organised team player who enjoys working collaboratively
