Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Class 1 HGV Multi Drop Driver to join our team. Responsibilities
- Conduct daily pre-trip inspections of your HGV (Heavy Goods Vehicle) to ensure safety and compliance with legal standards
- Safely operate a Class 1 HGV vehicle for multi-drop deliveries
- Load and unload goods accurately, ensuring items are secured properly during transit
- Deliver goods directly to customer locations with a focus on professionalism, punctuality, and excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation, including delivery notes and logs
- Follow all driving regulations, health and safety procedures, and company policies at all times
Skills
- Proven experience as a commercial driver with delivery driver experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong driving skills with a valid Class 1 HGV license and relevant certifications
- Excellent knowledge of driving regulations and safety standards for commercial vehicles
- Clear communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members
