Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing excellent customer service from the moment they walk through the door
- Take and serve food and beverage orders with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations and maintain quality standards
- Set up dining areas, including table arrangements and cleanliness, to prepare for service
- Handle cash register transactions accurately, process payments, and issue receipts while maintaining a friendly demeanor
- Maintain food safety standards by adhering to hygiene protocols and proper handling procedures
- Support barista duties when required, preparing coffee and specialty drinks with precision and care
Experience
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality environments is highly desirable, especially roles involving serving or catering
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling
- Experience working as a barista or in food preparation enhances your ability to excel in this role
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members
