We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join the team as Trainee Machine Operators. This entry-level role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop essential manufacturing skills in a dynamic environment. As a Trainee Machine Operator, you will learn to operate, monitor, and maintain various machinery. This position is ideal for those eager to kick-start a career in manufacturing, with hands-on training.
Duties
- Initially whilst training you will be involved in picking/packing whilst watching how the machines operate
- Assist experienced machine operators in setting up and preparing machinery for production runs
- Conduct routine inspections of machines to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance
- Handle materials and raw components safely within warehouse and production areas
What we need from you:-
To work x2 days (6am - 6pm) followed by x2 nights (6pm - 6am) followed by x4 days off
Own transport due to shifts or live in the local area
