About the Role
We are a growing mobile smart repair business providing cosmetic vehicle repairs for dealerships, fleets, lease companies, and trade customers.
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to focus on winning and growing trade accounts while also managing inbound enquiries from marketing. This is a remote role with field-based activity focused on long-term account development and recurring revenue.
Responsibilities
- Win new trade accounts across dealerships, fleets, and automotive businesses
- Conduct face-to-face visits and cold outreach to decision makers
- Build and manage a pipeline of commercial opportunities
- Present and sell mobile smart repair services
- Develop and grow existing accounts through ongoing relationship management
- Handle inbound enquiries from marketing, provide quotes, and convert into bookings
- Manage your own diary and territory effectively
Commission and Bonus Structure
- 5% commission on revenue from new trade accounts (first 12 months only)
- Paid on collected revenue only
Inbound enquiries are part of the role and subject to KPI targets, with a monthly bonus paid for strong conversion performance.
Requirements
- Experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with cold outreach and face-to-face selling
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Full UK driving licence required
Automotive experience is preferred but not essential.
