Salary: £28,000 – £31,000 (depending on experience)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced, highly organised, and fast-paced Personal Assistant to directly support the CEO across both business and personal domains. You will play a central role in ensuring the CEO’s schedule runs seamlessly, client meetings are prepared for with precision, and key business activities are coordinated effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
· Business Support
· Full diary and inbox management for the CEO
· Scheduling and preparing agendas, presentations, and briefing notes for client and board meetings
· Attending meetings, taking notes, and managing post-meeting actions
· Coordinating UK and international travel for the CEO and team
· Assisting in project management and CEO-led initiatives
· Client Interaction & Meeting Support
· Preparing pre-meeting packs and background research
· Coordinating logistics and follow-ups for client engagements
· Managing communications and client relationship scheduling
Personal & Lifestyle Support
· Booking personal and business travel (including accommodation and itineraries)
· Organising events, personal appointments, and diary commitments
· Handling ad hoc personal tasks to enable the CEO to focus on high-level strategy
About You:
- At least 2+ years experience supporting a senior executive or entrepreneur
- Exceptional organisational skills with an ability to anticipate needs
- Confident, professional communicator with a proactive mindset
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Meticulous attention to detail — nothing slips through the cracks
- Discretion, integrity, and a calm, positive attitude under pressure
- Willingness to travel within the UK and occasionally internationally
