Summary
<PERSON> is seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant and Carer to support a physically disabled lady in her daily activities. This role is based in the UK and offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference through compassionate care and assistance.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal support to assist with daily living activities, ensuring comfort and safety.
- Drive the client to appointments, errands, or social activities using your own vehicle.
- Develop and follow tailored care plans to meet individual needs.
- Assist with household tasks and maintaining a safe living environment.
- Communicate effectively with the client, family members, and healthcare professionals.
- Support the client in maintaining independence and promoting well-being.
- Keep accurate records of care provided and report any concerns promptly.
- Qualifications
- Valid driving license and clean driving record.
- Experience in home care or working within a care home setting is preferred.
- Ability to develop and follow detailed care plans.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Basic IT skills for documentation purposes.
- Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to help others.
- Reliable, punctual, and respectful of privacy.
- Previous experience supporting individuals with disabilities is advantageous.
