Raleside Brewhouse
Wednesday and Thursdays 8.15 - 3.15pm
Friday alternate week Rotation 9.15 to 1.30 or 12pm to 7pm
Saturday alternate rotation 9.15 to 1.30 or 12pm to 7pm
For a suitable candidate we can discuss an alternate weekend arrangement with our FT kitchen Manager / Chef
We operate a 7 day food service. Your main hours will be to cover Breakfast & Lunch service 8am to 3pm. 2 or 3 days a week , but expect to work weekends or alternate weekends as part of your regular hours We also operate a simple supper menu from 3.30 to 7.30pm
We offer a £13.75 an hour depending on age and experience full holiday pay pensions
We have cross trained staff to run the supper menu and a PT cook to cover days off and holidays we also have assistants to run food at peak times . Our kitchen is small and runs off a Icombi Pro Rationale Oven ideally a reliable candidate will be able to run all aspects occaisional food ordering and , maintain our 5* EHO standards and be competant to the point of being able to handle up to 10 tickets at busy times. We are a small business and during down time you would be expected to engage with customers, help run coffee bar or muck in clearing tables.
