What You'll Be Doing
- Providing high-quality care and support to residents.
- Leading shifts and acting as a role model for the care team.
- Administering and recording medication in line with company policies.
- Supporting residents with personal care while promoting dignity and independence.
- Updating care records accurately and reporting any changes in residents' wellbeing.
- Liaising with families and healthcare professionals where appropriate.
- Ensuring the home maintains the highest standards of care and compliance.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum Level 3 Diploma (NVQ/QCF) in Health & Social Care (Essential).
- Previous experience working as a Senior Care Assistant within a residential or nursing care setting.
- Experience administering medication.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- A caring, compassionate and professional approach.
- Flexibility to work bank shifts, including weekends and evenings where required.
