We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cover Cleaner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services across multiple sites, ensuring all spaces are spotless and well-maintained. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas.
- Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure hygiene standards are met consistently.
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness logs and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
- Adapt to different site requirements and work schedules as needed.
- Support team members with additional cleaning tasks to ensure all areas meet quality standards.
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to create a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts.
- Good communication skills for effective teamwork and reporting issues.
