Duties
- Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of service
- Lead, supervise, and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Manage merchandising strategies to optimize product displays, inventory levels, and promotional activities
- Assist in training new staff and developing existing team members through coaching and feedback
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement strategies to boost revenue
- Maintain organized administrative records, including schedules, reports, and inventory logs
Requirements
- Proven management experience with a focus on retail or sales environments
- Supervising experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Strong communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is highly desirable
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively and manage time efficiently
- Experience in merchandising, sales management, and team supervision
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams with enthusiasm, confidence, and clarity
- Administrative experience including record-keeping, scheduling, and report generation
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a professional phone manner and organizational aptitude
- Knowledge of retail management systems and basic administrative tools is preferred
