This is an exciting full-time opportunity for an Experienced Aesthetic Practitioner / Skin Specialist / Therapist to join the team at a thriving skin and laser clinic in Sutton Coldfield.

Pay & Benefits
£13.00–£16.00 per hour, dependent on experience.
+ £5 extra paid per hour for Sunday working
+ Uncapped generous performance-related commission on all treatments performed and skincare sales.
The Role
You’ll guide clients through their entire skin journey, from consultation and skin analysis through to treatment planning, skincare recommendations, treatment delivery, and ongoing support.
Clinic Opening Hours: Full-time hours to be discussed
Monday: 9:30am – 7:00pm
Tuesday: 9:30am – 7:00pm
Wednesday: 10:00am – 7:00pm
Thursday: 10:00am – 7:00pm
Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Saturday: 8:45am – 4:00pm
Sunday: 8:45am – 4:00pm
This is a varied role with opportunities for progression within a growing clinic environment.
Responsibilities
- Conducting consultations and skin analysis appointments for all clients
- Creating personalised treatment plans and skincare programmes
- Delivering advanced skin and laser treatments safely and effectively
- Recommending appropriate treatments and medical-grade skincare
- Supporting clients throughout their treatment journey
- Maintaining accurate client records and treatment notes
- Achieving treatment and retail performance targets
- Keeping up to date with industry developments and training opportunities
Duties may evolve in line with the needs of the business.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about skin health, committed to exceptional client care, and motivated to continually develop their skills and knowledge.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Minimum of 18 months’ experience within a skin, aesthetics, or clinic environment
- Hold NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy as a minimum
- Have experience conducting consultations and creating bespoke treatment plans
- Enjoy educating clients and building long-term relationships
- Deliver a professional, personalised, and results-focused experience
- Are commercially aware and confident recommending treatments and skincare
- Have a positive attitude and strong attention to detail
Desirable qualifications include a Foundation Degree, Degree, Aesthetic Practice qualification, Nursing qualification, or a related discipline.
Experience with advanced treatments such as Hydrafacial, RF Microneedling, Laser skin treatments, Laser Hair Removal, Chemical Peels, Skin Analysis Systems, and Medical-Grade Skincare would be advantageous, although full training is provided.
