The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Cocktail Bartender / Mixologist to join the prestigious Eurostar Premier Lounge Team at St Pancras International Station.
As a Mixologist in the Lounge, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining an attractive bar display, preparing high-quality cocktails to guests' specifications, and working with an extensive range of premium spirits. You will thrive in a dynamic team environment, support and train colleagues, and have the opportunity to showcase your creativity by developing and proposing signature cocktails for our seasonal menu. Your passion for exceptional service, product knowledge, and innovation will contribute to delivering an outstanding guest experience.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday (including Bank Holidays), exceptionally weekends for trainings or events.
- Fixed shift pattern: 12:30 PM – 8:30 PM
- Permanent 35-hour contract

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve signature cocktails to the highest standard following established recipes.
- Create classic cocktails upon guest request.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a luxury lounge environment.
- Maintain an elegant and welcoming bar atmosphere.
- Manage stock ordering and supplier requirements.
- Conduct monthly inventory and stock control procedures.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and service standards.
- Build positive relationships with guests through professional and engaging service.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail preparation, and bar operations.
- Previous experience in a cocktail bar or premium hospitality environment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and presentation.
Desirable
- French language skills.
- Dutch language skills.
