Together Dental is looking for an enthusiastic, organised and people-focused Resourcer to join our recruitment team in Watford on a fixed-term contract from September 2026 to April 2027.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced recruitment environment and is passionate about finding great people to join our growing dental group.
About the role
As a Resourcer, you’ll support our recruitment team in identifying, attracting and engaging talented candidates across our dental practices.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn and other recruitment channels
- Screening and engaging with prospective candidates
- Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline
- Supporting recruitment across the Together Dental group
- Arranging interviews and coordinating candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Maintaining accurate candidate records and recruitment data
- Providing an excellent candidate experience
- Supporting the wider recruitment team with ad-hoc projects and initiatives
About you
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Organised, proactive and motivated
- Confident communicating with candidates and colleagues
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- A great team player with excellent attention to detail
- Naturally confident and able to build strong relationships
- Passionate about finding the right people for the right roles
- Previous recruitment or resourcing experience is desirable, but transferable experience and the right attitude are equally important
