Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures to ensure a positive first impression
- Manage reservations, walk-in inquiries, and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs, answering questions, and resolving concerns promptly
- Support event setup and breakdown, ensuring all front-of-house areas are organized and welcoming
- Coordinate with team members to maintain cleanliness, safety standards, and smooth daily operations
- Handle cash register transactions accurately and manage point-of-sale systems for food and beverage sales
- Assist in managing guest feedback and reviews to uphold high service standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are key
- Strong management skills to oversee daily front-of-house activities and support team coordination
- Excellent communication skills to engage confidently with guests and team members
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, in a fast-paced environment
