We're searching for a passionate and motivated Toddler Room Leader to inspire our team and provide outstanding learning opportunities for our toddlers.

Your Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day running of the Toddler Room.
- Inspire your team to provide exceptional learning experiences.
- Ensure children are happy, safe and making excellent progress.
- Build positive partnerships with parents.
- Complete observations, assessments and planning in line with the EYFS.
- Promote high standards of safeguarding and care.
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- A current Paediatric First Aid qualification.
- Experience working with toddlers in an Early Years setting.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- A positive, enthusiastic and caring attitude.
- Leadership experience or the confidence to lead a team.
