About the Role – What you’ll do
As a Recovery Support Worker, you will:
- Provide person-centred emotional and practical support tailored to individual needs
- Promote independence, wellbeing, and recovery-focused approaches
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and partner services
- Encourage individuals to reconnect with their interests, strengths, and potential
- Help create a safe, supportive, and empowering environment
About You – What we’re looking for
