We're a small company with multiple digital and local service projects in the Plymouth area. We build software platforms, run online training communities, and launch local businesses and we need someone to help us market all of it.
The Role
We are looking for a versatile Marketing Assistant to help us create adverts, launch campaigns, and build momentum across our projects. This is a hands-on role for someone who can write, design adverts, produce videos and get things live.
What you'll do:
- Write and create adverts for Indeed, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Design simple marketing materials
- Help launch new services - flyers, local listings, social posts
- Build email campaigns and simple landing pages
- Create content for online communities and social channels
- Track what's working and double down on it
What we're offering:
- Base rate + Project / Performance bonuses
- Flexible hours: 10-20 hrs/week to start, can grow
- Remote-friendly: Work from home and meetings in person and/or online.
What we're looking for:
- Can write clearly and persuasively (more important than formal qualifications)
- Comfortable with advert creation tools, social media, and learning new tools
- Self-starter - we don't have time to micromanage
- Based in or near Plymouth preferred
- Bonus: any experience with video editing, TikTok content, or paid ads

Pay: £12.50-£16.75 per hour
