Office is based in Enniskillen – Monday to Friday, 8.00am – 5.00pm (Permanent, Full-Time)

Responsibilities
- Manage repeat business over the phone with an established customer base, building strong long-term relationships
- Handle incoming enquiries by phone and email, processing orders accurately from enquiry through to invoice and delivery
- Support the Area Sales Manager with identifying new business opportunities and growing the account base
- Advise customers on products, availability and value, resolving any queries or issues promptly
- Keep the CRM/ERP system accurate and up to date
- Coordinate with production, transport and credit control to ensure orders are delivered and invoiced correctly
The Ideal Person
- Previous sales, account management or customer service experience
- Confident with Microsoft Excel, Word and email
- Excellent communicator – written and verbal
- Strong numeracy and organisational skills
- Calm under pressure with a flexible, hands-on attitude
