Location: Corby
Salary: £28,080 per annum

Echo Personnel is recruiting on behalf of one of our prestigious clients in Corby for a Quality Tester. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful company offering full training, great benefits and long-term career prospects.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating shifts:
- 6:00am – 2:00pm
- 2:00pm – 10:00pm
- 37.5 hours per week
- 30-minute lunch break
The Role
As a Quality Tester, you will be responsible for inspecting finished products to ensure they meet the required quality standards before dispatch. You will identify and report any defects, ensuring products are produced to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect finished products for quality and compliance.
- Identify, record and communicate any defects.
- Maintain high quality standards throughout the production process.
- Work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
- Follow company procedures and quality processes.
The Ideal Candidate
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Able to think on their feet and make informed decisions.
- Good communication skills.
- Reliable, motivated and eager to learn.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous quality inspection experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
