Customer Service Assistant
Location: Nisa Local - Thornton Road
Pay: £13.00 per hour
16 Hours per week plus occasional overtime
Working Hours – Wednesday 4.30pm - 8.30pm, Thursday 10.30am - 5.30pm and Saturday 9am - 2pm.
Role and Responsibilities -This is a customer facing role so excellent customer service is a must. You will be part of a small team but will work shifts as an individual, so reliability is very important and the ability to work following initiative. A Full UK Driving License is required for this role as we offer a delivery service, so you will be required to deliver groceries to a customers house using one of our vehicles.
The contract is 16 hours per week but there will be opportunity for extra hours. Flexibility to work around staff holidays, days off and sickness is essential. You need to be willing and physically able to lift reasonable weighted loads and bring in deliveries.
