Position: Customer Sales Consultant
Salary: £12.71 p/h
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Location: Leamington Spa
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday on a rota basis - every fortnight will work a Saturday with a day off in lieu during the week. 8.30-5pm, 30 min lunch.

Customer Sales Consultant duties include:
- Managing customer enquiries via telephone, email and face-to-face interactions.
- Supporting customers through the onboarding and account set-up process.
- Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable solutions.
- Processing customer documentation, payments and invoices.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating internal systems.
- Resolving customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Supporting day-to-day administration and site operations.
- Ensuring customer areas remain welcoming and presentable.
Customer Sales Consultant person specification:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Confident, professional and resilient approach.
- Strong administration and organisational abilities.
- Ability to prioritise workload effectively.
- Be versatile to help out with deliveries/heavy lifting where needed
- The location of the site is difficult to get to by public transport so ideally the candidate will have a driving license and own vehicle
- Occasional travel to the Warwick site maybe needed, candidate must be flexible
Other essential skills and experience needed -
- Experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality or a customer-facing role.
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
