Due to our growth, We are now seeking a dedicated part time ecommerce and warehouse manager to support our growing e-commerce operation from our warehouse in Thorp Arch.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated individual to manage the e-commerce side of our business, including website updates, order preparation and fulfilment, stock management, and general warehouse organisation. This role is crucial to ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer satisfaction.
The position is part-time, requiring 3 days of work per week.
£27,000 pro rata plus overtime. Would suit someone that drives and has access to a car.
Full training on the systems will be given.
Key Responsibilities:
- E-Commerce Management:
- Update and maintain the company website, ensuring product listings, prices, and stock levels are accurate and up to date.
- Assist with the uploading of new products, including descriptions, images, and specifications.
- Monitor online orders, process payments, and ensure all customer inquiries are addressed promptly.
- Respond to customer enquiries and process customer queries.
Order Fulfilment:
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with shipping partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders.
- Handle returns and exchanges in line with company policies.
Stock Management:
- Regularly check and manage inventory levels, updating stock records in the system.
- Assist in the organisation of the warehouse, ensuring efficient use of space and easy access to products.
- Conduct periodic stock checks and audits to maintain accurate inventory records.
Warehouse Organisation:
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment in the warehouse.
- Assist in receiving deliveries, checking for accuracy, and storing products appropriately.
- Manage and organise stock areas, labelling, and categorising products as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in e-commerce, warehouse operations, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and basic website maintenance is advantageous.
Skills:
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
- Proficiency in using computers and basic software, including
- e-commerce platforms and inventory management systems.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry packages of varying weights.
- Comfortable with performing manual tasks in a warehouse environment.
Working Hours:
- Part-time position.
- Mondays all day

Salary:
