Responsibilities
- Use hand tools and power tools to carry out cleaning, sanitizing, and maintenance tasks efficiently.
- Follow strict hygiene protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Conduct routine inspections of the premises to identify areas needing attention or repair.
- Assist with waste disposal, ensuring proper segregation and disposal methods are followed.
- Support construction or refurbishment activities by preparing work areas and assisting with basic tasks as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of cleaning schedules, inspections, and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold cleanliness standards across all operational zones.
Experience
- Previous experience working with hand tools, power tools, or in a construction environment is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with hygiene procedures and health & safety regulations in a workplace setting.
- Construction experience or background in facilities maintenance is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a physically demanding environment.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude towards maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
