Experienced Groundworker Wanted – West & North Yorkshire

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Groundworker to join our expanding team, working on a variety of domestic and commercial projects across West and North Yorkshire.
We're looking for a reliable and skilled groundworker with several years of hands-on experience across all aspects of groundwork. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship, and maintain a safe and professional approach on every project.
Experience Required:
Applicants should have experience in most or all of the following:
- Foundations and footings
- Drainage installation and repairs
- Excavation and trenching
- Concrete works and slab laying
- Kerbing and edging
- Block paving and flagging
- Tarmac preparation
- Driveway and patio installations
- Site preparation and clearance
- Ducting and utility trenches
- Manhole installation
- Fencing and landscaping groundwork
- Operating small plant and machinery (dumper, roller, mini excavator)
- Setting out and levelling
- General civil engineering and groundwork
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' groundwork experience
- Own van and tools
- Full UK driving licence
- CPCS or NPORS plant tickets (advantageous)
- Ability to read site drawings (preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
