Summary
We are seeking an experienced supervisor to join our team at The Ostrich in Colnbrook. Shifts to include occasional breakfast into lunch shifts (7/7.30am start) and some evening shifts with responsibilities for closing the business.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage and train staff to deliver high-quality food and service.
- Maintain inventory and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Oversee bookings, and liaise between front of house and kitchen team to meet guests needs.
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies for improvement.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and leadership.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience of strong customer service skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and culinary practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
