Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures, ensuring all instruments and materials are prepared and sterilized.
- Provide compassionate patient care, including explaining treatments, managing anxieties, and offering post-treatment advice.
- Maintain accurate patient records using IT systems, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Support infection control protocols by sterilizing equipment and maintaining a clean clinical environment.
- Manage appointment scheduling and patient correspondence to optimize clinic efficiency.
- Communicate clearly with patients in English, addressing questions and providing instructions for oral health care.
- Organize clinical supplies and ensure all necessary materials are available for daily procedures.
