Three Six Pilates is a premium reformer Pilates studio looking for an experienced and commercially driven marketer to help lead our next stage of growth.
We’re looking for someone who combines strong performance marketing with creative content and understands how to turn marketing activity into paying customers and recurring members.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of:
- Meta Ads and customer acquisition campaigns
- Creating, filming and posting engaging social media content
- Developing campaigns and offers to drive new customer sales
- Email, retargeting and reactivation marketing
- Supporting the customer journey from Intro Offer through to recurring membership
- Marketing our private hire and event offering
- Tracking campaign performance, customer acquisition and conversions
Who We’re Looking For
Ideally, you’ll have experience within boutique fitness, Pilates, wellness, beauty, aesthetics, memberships or another premium consumer business.
You should be:
- Confident managing and optimising Meta Ads
- Strong at creating high-quality social media content
- Commercially minded and focused on generating sales
- Creative with campaigns, offers and customer acquisition strategies
- Comfortable working towards clear performance and revenue targets
- Data driven and able to identify what is and isn’t working
- Proactive and able to bring new growth ideas to the business
We care about maintaining a premium brand and producing great content, but ultimately this is a results-focused role where customer acquisition, membership growth and revenue are key measures of success.
